Mould Engineering
Knowledge of mold design construction processes and of the materials that can be used, together with the possibility of exploiting the best molding technologies, allows AWS to face the realization of the product, in synergy with the Customer.
Mold Construction
The mold construction department works in a continuous cycle to create small and medium-sized molds optimized on the basis of the productive stress they will have to sustain in operation and designed for the highest productivity over time.
Micro Injection Molding
We supply plastic molded micro-parts in various industrial sectors, this department consists of small tonnage presses to ensure the highest quality of the molded part with minimum weights.
Plastic Injection Molding
The plastics molding department is made up of 15 injection presses, with a toning ranging from 10 to 300 Tons with weights of the molded part from 0.0025 grams to 800 grams.
Co-Molding
The co-molding of plastic materials or plastic metal consists of a process that allows to melt, through presses with high mechanical efficiency, different components to obtain a finished product composed of several elements of different material.
Technopolymers
Polyamides (PA), PET, polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), acetal resins (POM), polystyrene (PS), methylmethacrylate (PMMA), polycarbonate (PC) and (ABS) are some of the raw materials used.
